Pago de Carraovejas is a distinguished red wine crafted from all the grape varieties grown across the estate’s 200 hectares of vineyards, located at 850 meters above sea level. While Tinto Fino, the flagship variety of the Ribera del Duero DO, dominates the blend, small amounts of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot add depth and complexity. Each vineyard parcel is vinified separately, and after blending, the wine is aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels, resulting in a harmonious and expressive wine.
