We accept returns within 30 days, starting from the day your order was delivered.
Returned items must comply with our returns policy:
Please take care when trying your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return costs when using their own return method outside of our standard return service. If returning from a different country to where the order was received, customers must cover all return costs and remain responsible for the shipment.
This excludes orders where an incorrect item was received, or the item was damaged or faulty.
To maintain a high-quality shopping experience, we operate a flexible returns policy. However, we monitor return activity and reserve the right to close your BOATBLING account or restrict future orders if your return behaviour breaches our policy.
Depending on where you live, you may cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (CCRs).
If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us within 14 days from the date your order was delivered using one of the methods below.
Once you notify us, you will be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of returning the items to BOATBLING or the partner boutique you ordered from.
